Spires View will be nestled on the northern edge of Marston, a picturesque village in Oxfordshire just three miles from the county town. Spires View is set in a desirable semi-rural village location in Oxfordshire, a little over 10 minutes’ drive north from the city centre. Marston itself has amenities for residents to make use of including a gym and leisure centre a mile away, Brookes Sport complex two miles away, and the city’s football ground a 24-minute walk away.

Cutteslowe and Sunnymead Park is under 10 minutes away in the car, a beautiful destination for family trips out. The park is home to an array of wildlife who make good use of the pond, along with sports courts, parking, café, and toilet amenities, plus a playground, splash park, and miniature railway that little ones will love.
