To ensure that our location information is as accurate as possible, we now use the what3words system alongside the street address, postcode, and markers for latitude and longitude to show where a development is located.
The what3words system assigns every 3m2 piece of land in the world a three-word combination. For example, the iconic Tyne Bridge in Newcastle can be found by entering [///track.scales.back] into the free what3words app or website.
The difference between what3words and a traditional map provider is that the what3words technology distils a property’s location into a much smaller area. This allows us to pinpoint entrances to our developments, sales cabins, customer car parks, and showhomes.
